As many people can imagine or relate, when you have a loss of a pet there are certain products/toys that you no longer care to have around. Personally, one of my biggest ways to help the grieving process is getting dispose of their old leashes. After easily getting in contact with @mountaindogproducts , I shared my unfortunate news about our recent loss ??❤️?? and wanted to know if I could send our old leashes back for a credit of some sort for new leashes and in new colors. @mountaindogproducts customer service went above and beyond, asking us to 1) donate our old leashes to a local shelter in need and 2) they would send us a new version of each leash free (left hook picture)! —> kicker to this all, this company would do this for anyone and that’s how strong they stand behind their lifetime warranty.
