My Ruffwear Front Range Harness developed a fault, i took photos and emailed Mountain Dog on the Monday morning, my email was answered within a couple of hours and I was asked to provide some additional information which I did. I had a reply back telling me they would be in touch once they had heard back from the manufacturer. The next day I have an email telling my a replacement is being sent then by Wednesday I received the replacement. Absolutely first class service!
